Doddington Lodge is situated within the stunning surroundings of the Shropshire Hills and has breathtaking views across to the Malverns and stands in fantastic grounds. The home Provides extensive facilities which cater for all abilities with highly trained award winning staff and holds an excellent inspection report.

Doddington Lodge is owned by Mrs Vanessa Cronk of Chelcare Ltd. Vanessa has had experience within the care setting since 1965 and managed a group of 6 homes up until 2002 when she fell in love with Doddington Lodge and it’s position. Since this time the house and it’s facilities have been extensively refurbished allowing us to offer the highest standard of care in a first class environment.

The daily running of the home is undertaken by our Registered Manager, Mrs Suzy Reeves. Suzy has been in the care sector for 15 years and at Doddington Lodge since 2005, she uses her extensive qualifications & experience together with her clear vision & passion to continually strive for quality, this is reflected throughout the home, the high standards of care and it’s team members. Great emphasis is placed on team training at all levels, ensuring that our team can provide quality care 24 hours a day.

The Commission for Social Care inspection is our regulatory body, our latest inspection in October 2007 rated us as an ‘Excellent’ home. We are extremely proud of this achievement and we always welcome any comments or suggestions in how we can improve our services further.
