Institute of Leadership & Management qualifications
To ensure that we continue to provide excellently trained & updated staff, in June 2007 all middle and senior managers embarked on a gruelling Institute of Leadership and Management Diploma. The course was intense and many team members faced unchartered territory. The determination of the group and teamwork ensured that all 11 team members passed with flying colours, all 8 middle managers achieving level 3 and 3 senior managers achieving level 5. This achievement has enabled the management structure to strengthen and work to maximum efficiency.
Spic Care awards
To reflect the excellent staff and teamwork, Doddington Lodge nominated 8 individuals and 2 teams for categories at the SPIC care Awards 2007. The competition was incredibly tough however our team warranted the acknowledgments of all of their hard work and we had 5 nominations through to the finals in January 2008. Our Domestic team were outstanding winners in the Team award and they continue to provide the home and it’s residents with a wonderful service full of love. |
