Fiona Porter

In my role as a trainer for the ILM Introductory Certificate in Management at Doddington Lodge, working with the Team Leaders, I found that all the candidates on the course benefited from undertaking the programme and developed their skills as team leaders and first line managers. Throughout the course, candidates demonstrated their understanding, skills and knowledge, I found all the candidates to be open and participative making the course both practical and enjoyable. They worked well together as a team and I hope that these attributes will be transferred back into the workplace and Doddington Lodge develops as an organisation through the effectiveness of the team leaders and the positive attitude and skills that they can bring to their work role.
