Assistant Manager

Lucille Joined Doddington Lodge in 2005 as a Domestic Assistant, and was promoted in March 2007 to Housekeeper then again in 2009 to the possition of Assistant Manager. Lucille is passionate about the home and the standards of cleanliness and has worked exceptionally hard to promote systems to ensure that standards are always exceeded. To enable Lucille to have a holistic approach to the caring environment Lucille has completed an NVQ level 3 in care and has also commenced a level 4 NVQ course in care. You will often see her in a caring capacity.

In 2007 Lucille was nominated in 3 categories at the SPIC care awards, where her domestic team clinched the Team award. Lucille is also fully trained in Health & Safety and Supervision and Appraisal.
