Margaret started working in the care setting 9 years ago and joined Doddington Lodge in 2003.Whilst at the Lodge Margaret has experienced many job roles, starting as a carer, then moving into the administration role of secretary and then in May 2007 Margaret turned her attentions and experience to the role of Activities Coordinator. The in depth knowledge and understanding Margaret has and her passion for her role allows her to create stimulating and interesting environments for each resident, whether it is in a group environment or on a one to one basis.
