Suzy has over 17 years experience within the care sector and has been a registered manager for the past 8 years. Suzy joined Doddington Lodge 5 years ago and with her proactive, adaptable and conscientious attitude she ensures that the highest professional standards are always striven towards. Suzy’s compassion for the home and the care sector has encouraged an excellent rapport with Service Users, families and the multi disciplinary team, and this ensures that our Service Users needs are acted on accurately and as a matter of priority. Suzy is well qualified and maintains continuous CPD, holding NVQ 2,3,4 and 5 in care, The registered Managers Award and Level 5 ILM ( Institute of Leadership & Management. Since joining Doddington Lodge Suzy has also become a link member for infection control for SPIC, A Care Ambassador, enabled the home to be rated as an ‘Excellent rated home’ as per CSCI inspection 2007..
